I have always liked eddies, great pizza. This evening it's 7:30 pm Friday evening may 16 2025. The work is getting done, at the same time the employees are acting like kids playing around and laughing. I will go to different eddies next time where hopefully the employees act like there at work, not a play ground. They need show more work attitude.

Waited 50 mins from ordering watched 4 people who ordered after me leave or get their food before me. All for them to tell me when I asked how much longer for the food they would have to remake it since they lost it

The service here was bad the females wouldn't give us plates to eat and while we were eating they turned off the TV while we were watching it ...mind you we had waited 30 min for our food. They were rude and I'll definitely never be going back to this place again!!

The girls working the phones are super rude and keep hanging up the phones. Calling me names when asked if I can pay over the phone. When asked to speak to a manger they just blocked my number. Esmeralda is the name of the employee that is very rude and childish. Hung up on me multiple times. Recommend them being let go. Will be spreading the word.

Pizza was doughy on top “YUCK” i spent 62.57 on 2 Pizza’s and some hot wings that were so fatty like low-grade chicken or something… I will not be ordering again barely had cheese Smh I could have went to little Caesars or Domino’s way cheaper

The girls who are cashiers don't answer, you ask them for attention in the bathroom if you need toilet paper and they don't help, they just say that right now and nothing, they spend their time talking or in a corner on their cell phone ?

Stopped by while on our way to Placerville. This was the highest rated pizza spot in Stockton. Pizza was crispy and delicious. Definitely adding this spot on our lists of pizza spots. Thank you to the cooks for staying consistent and keeping ingredients fresh

Horrible customer service, I waited 20 minutes for the staff member to ask me what I ordered again and then waited another 20 minutes for the pizza to be made. The pizza was not all that great. I was almost done eating when they finally brought the wings out. The people who came in after us got their food before we did. They are over staffed. All you see behind the counter is girls gossiping and standing around, not really working.

They did not refund my pizza after I told them that it came out with 2 pieces of sponge fiber, their customer service is useless and that is not hygienic, totally lack of customer service

Last 2 orders were highly disappointing. Today, Outside 3" of pizza was no toppings just sauce, center of pie had minimal cheese and toppings. Must be shrinkflation or poor QC. Been going here 24 years, no more.
