Eddie's Pizza Cafe

I don't post reviews often but at the other Eddie's on Waterloo, I had a bad experience with rude customer service so I decided to switch to the Hammer Lane location. They have a new team of employees and they are all so sweet and helpful and cheerful. When you walk in they greet you, they smile, they're friendly and they are fast. I've been there 3 times in the last two weeks. The pizza was incredible. Cooked to perfection. Kudos to their chefs and kitchen team. The food was served hot and it was prompt. They brought it out to us and were making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was well lit and had a nice atmosphere. Afterward, the young girl came by to see if they could clean up the table and they gave us a to-go box. Then another employee walked around, cleaning up the other tables and came over and asked if we needed anything. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I'll gladly come back to this restaurant for our late night pizza cravings. This location is top tier and the new employees are excellent and friendly. The other employee staff are great too. I see different people when I go in at different times of the day. Before we left one girl came over and gave me a water cup to go, and I asked her if she was new and she said yes she was. She also told us how much she enjoyed working there and how much she liked her team. It's refreshing to see employees so caring and diligent in regards to their work. I'll definitely be back, and it's extra cool that this restaurant treats their employees well, especially with all the bad stories you hear about other restaurant chains and their issues with how they treat their employees. My favorite pizza in town I love everything about it. Been coming here for years and throwing my kids bday party's here and the pizza wings wedges and bread never seem to fail. I love you eddies pizza lol

Paid for extra ranch. Did not receive what I paid for. Called the store as the driver had only just left, only to find out they can’t get a hold of the driver.Not only did I get an incomplete order, everything is covered in tomato sauce despite NOTHING I ordered containing tomato sauce.Sloppy, unsanitary, terrible service and they don’t even give you your full order

if I knew the woman’s name I’d put it but she is the ONLY ASIAN lady that works there and served the pizza for our family. Spent more than $100+ and she had the worst attitude ever. Would bring the pizza for us and just throwing it to the table damn near. She had the ugliest attitude ever!! Don’t recommend coming to this place . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!

This place is part of my childhood, and I was so happy to see it still running when I visited the area again recently. Pizza was delicious, and the place still looks the same as it did years ago
