Had a great time visiting my friends out in Stockton a couple of days ago, went to the gym and after we stop by this shop to try there products since we are on a weight loss journey lol.. as we entered the shop we noticed the staff was kinda ignoring us but we figured ok soon they will see us.. now I'm very be on greeting and helping people because I myself am a Nurse Practitioner , as we walked up to the counter the associate turns around and says " yes, do u need something" ? If I am correct , this is a professional business? My friend I looked at each other in disbelief from the way she greeted us. As I had my order ready my friend still was deciding which shake she wanted to try .. the young lady looked at her and said " if you ain't ready then move to the side.. thanks!" Now at this point we need to speak to a manger because we just didn't understand why we were being treated so rudely! When I asked her may I speak to the person in charge she stated , yep that's me... she stated her name was Susana and she is the owner . I still kept my cool and explained how her delivery was kinda rude and she told me this is her place of business and if " your kind of people" don't like her service we can gladly leave. It's very sad that we had to be treated this way just because we kindly ask for service, which was her job. Sorry for the long rant but I just wanted to let people this place is very unprofessional, not the cleanest, and racism is at an all time high here. Save your money and look somewhere else!

I wish I could score lower, I found a hair in my smoothie! I quickly informed the woman in the front and she stated it was probably my own hair. I asked if I could just get a refund and she said no. I was so disgusted by the smoothie and her terrible attitude! I just ended up throwing the smoothie away. Extremely unprofessional! So disappointing!

I had a terrible experience at this so called "wellness club". The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the shakes were mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. They weren't kidding when they said nutrition. Found a cockroach in my shake. They decided to add extra protein on the house. Went back to try and get a refund.. they refused. And to top it off they added a sprinkle of rudeness. Never again. -0/10 do not recommend

Unfortunately i cannot give 1 star. Went for the 1st time as this place was recommended to me and had the worse experience. The staff was rude and very unprofessional with bad attitude. And when i got my drink the drink was nasty and the cup was dirty. I asked to get a new drink made and was told no. Would not go back to that place. I recommend not to go here.
