Easily the best food truck in Bloomington! I try to never miss an opportunity to stop here. Staff is friendly and food is fantastic. Seriously delicious, authentic and uncomplicated recipes made with fresh ingredients. I love their tacos for sure, but their elotes are the best I’ve ever tasted. These guys do SUCH a great job with their business and it’s always such a treat to eat here! Y’all have my business for good!
