Drive through associate was hella rude. She shut the window on me while I was asking a question and had a bad attitude from the start. Bummer because the food is usually pretty good. I work in the industry so I know that it can be hard but as a customer who honestly spends a lot of money there, I would appreciate a little professionalism.

Food is just not what it used to be, i order a kids burrito with Tinga, how can you have Tinga in the kids' menu, Tinga is spicy, and if you want to substitute for something else, it costs more. So just get a regular burrito. I'm very disappointed.

Double toasts don't put as much chicken, PICO DE GALLO SAUCE TASTES LIKE OLD, THEY HAVE IT IN CONTAINERS THAT THEY DO NOT PUT IN THE REFRIGERATOR...
I placed an order through the app and I go to the drive thru window asking for a cup of water since it’s a hot sunny day and the employee told me that they “charge for water”. This is insane to me, I asked for a complementary water and she said she had to talk to the manager and the manager said, “I will give it to you this time but next we have to charge you” and they give me the smallest cup I have ever seen. This is ridiculous and I will be talking to my team of lawyers in regards to this matter.
