Been coming here forever and the grilled chicken is still one of the best fast food options when you want something tasty that doesn’t feel like you’re just eating junk. I usually get the 3 piece meal with rice and beans and throw on their green salsa. The chicken is always juicy and tastes like real food. Only thing is sometimes the wait takes a bit if they’re slammed but I don’t mind too much since it’s made fresh. I like that the drive-thru is pretty accurate and...

El Pollo Loco has good chicken which is a good thing when it's your namesake.Enjoyed a nice little meal with my grandpa and the mashed potatoes were really tasty as well, comparable to KFC potatoes which is a compliment.

Super super expensive for the amount of food they give. I got a family deal and the rice was supposed to be for 4 people and it barely was enough for 2 plates. Paid like 60 dollars and the food wasnt enough. Portions are super super small. I also got the smallest thinnest pieces of chicken.
