Once you can get in the door (hard to open), ordering is easy. Food is served hot and fresh. Staff are mainly young high school kids, but we all started somewhere. The restaurant was quite clean.

Solid grilled chicken that's flavorful and doesn't feel too greasy. Love the fresh salsa bar and tortillas. Service can vary but it’s usually fast and friendly. Portions are decent for the price. Feels like a healthier fast food option, which keeps me coming back.

It was not busy at the time. The guy serving was very helpful and kind. Food was perfect and service as well. Would definitely come back to this location.
I hate they cancelled the double shrimp tostada bowl, but the chicken bowl is good as well.

Went with my brother after work to try it out for the first time and we loved it. Very chill place to eat in and have a conversation and the service was super quick and friendly. I asked for 3 salsas in my to go order, and there wasn't any. Otherwise, the service was good. Tacos were excellent, I go to Pollo Loco cuz the chicken is always juicy and never dried out. Ty.
