A great variety of excellent pizzas and appetizers. We sat outside in late February and the atmosphere is cozy with a slight dash of trendy. Fired is putting in the work to provide this area of Stockton with great food. Can't wait to come back!
Kid-friendliness: The inside is a touch cramped, but outside is perfect. The heaters can offset any chilly nights.
Wheelchair accessibility: Inside is a little tight to navigate, outside would be a better option for a wheelchair.

Highly recommended,,,Really great taste and excellent service, I have not tasted like this delicious food before , tasty and fresh taste since my grandmother's time, where all the foods had a distinctive and authentic taste, and here other than this place I felt and tasted this taste, and as a restaurant owner it is difficult for me to like eating outside, but in this place I definitely changed my mind and I will be one of the frequenters here to say a tour of all the items on their menu, wonderful and perfect work and I advise everyone looking for the authentic taste to go immediately to this place and you will not regret it, I tell you,,, forward

Three of us had 2 pizzas and the potato leek soup. The soup was simple but flavorful. Margherita pizza and the mushroom pizza had thin and substantive fired crusts that complimented the flavorful toppings. We were impressed with the food, nice music and decor. Our server was attentive, friendly, and efficient. Liked the cloth napkins and a nice glass of house wine, which was one among many selections. What is really nice is that Fired Pizza uses local sources for their wines and food. This is not your typical pizza parlor and worth the pricing. I will definitely be visiting again!
Their pizza makes me so happy. The vegan options are amazing. The beer is always cold. I love being there on a Friday.

WE LOVE BURNT PIZZA!!! We try to make it here at least once a month to try out the monthly specials. This place gets BUSY, so patience is a virtue and it's well worth the wait! The hummus is always bomb and love seeing them get local ingredients for thier menu. We have tried dine in and take out and we prefer dine in. Their alcohol selections are on point (including a monthly special- loved the tiki mugs when they had them) but I greatly appreciated the non alcohol options. Thanks for having great mocktail options!

Wow! Saturday at 7pm, and this place was packed inside and out. We (2) sat at the bar. I highly recommend sitting at the bar. Sarah, the bartender was great . Beer recommendation was perfect. The pizza is better than good!. Even the Brussel sprouts appetizer was fantastic. If you have been trying to get your kids to eat them, bring them here. The downside is that you will have to step up your game at home. Espresso martini might be the best in Stockton and the Cannoli. Get the Cannoli.
You're doing yourself a disservice NOT coming here. Expensive but worth it. Save up, treat yourself, and enjoy the fresh ingredients, speedy service, and great recipes they've got. Absolute banger and everyone should know it.
