This place is NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY, I have a fainting disorder and needed assistance from my partner to use the restroom, I had to deal with harassment and extreme judgement from one of the employees that works here, a young girl that was working today at 5pm. She kept knocking on the bathroom door demanding us to get out then once we did she was calling us gross and then proceeded to not let us order anything for no reason at all, would not recommend this location.

Really really excited to try. Just another sandwich shop. I did like the sauce a lot though. $19 for a sandwich that was just good but not great.

Everytime I come here they either get my order wrong or my soup is extremely cold, even when asking them to please make sure the soup is hot.

OMG! Their pastrami melts in your mouth! Like butter! And they don't hold back on the meat. I really appreciate how they give back to firefighters, too. The service is great and the place is clean and well lit.

If I could give them a zero star most definitely would. Spend over $30 for a large and small sandwich for my daughter to take a bite out of bread that was full of mold. When I took it back the so called young girl who claimed to be manager didn't see anything that was wrong it had to be pointed out to her. Seriously disgusting!!!

It’s just too expensive for a sub. It’s like you are buying burgers from five guys burgers same mentality too expensive

I ordered a Jamaican jerk sandwich, and got really bad food poisoning 6 hours later I was in the hospital for 12 hours having uncontrolled vomiting, uncontrolled diarrhea and my Stomach was burning. They said that I have an infection in colon and now I’m taking 5 different types of antibiotics. I will never come back to this store.

Absolute a$$ the food was soggy and slimy and the price is outrageous! If I could I would get my money back I’m honestly surprised it’s lasted this long. Just demolish it and put something else there

I love Firehouse subs, the food is always great and we have spoken with the owner before and he was very kind and that's also another reason to come back. This time on 7/25 around 4pm we went in and spent over $100 , there were two young Hispanic girls that were very snooty and didn't want to be bothered. Customer Service was poor other than the cashier that wrung us up because she was great. The food was sloppy when served and the drink machine was disgusting. My mom got a dr pepper strawberry but it tasted funky and old. When we left one of the young girls gave my 75 year old grandma a dirty look because she didn't close the door ! My grandma could hardly walk and had her arms around her granddaughters to help her out the door. Poor service with these girls.
