I'm gonna pop 3 stars on this one because of the rice. As a GK establishment? They should taste test their stuff before serving it. It was under cooked by about 10 minutes or so. My pot sticker was also kind of cold. My bowl of chow main was very good and so were the employees. Check your rice people!!

Don't get me wrong, food is great, and I'm not saying the employees are rude or anything, but if you ask for "extra sauce" without specifying, they just add the common sauces that people like, and if you're a religious person that doesn't eat certain stuff like lobsters, you wouldn't know if they added lobster sauce.

Great food and house made noodles. Follow the advice for sauces if it's your first time. EXTRA GARLIC! Wait staff had my drink, some rice and soup ready for me at the table after they cooked my food. Pay after you eat.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan friendly since you choose if you want meat or not. Note that everything is cooked on the same grill, but they clean it often.Dietary restrictions: You just pick what you want in your bowl, but it's all cooked on the same grill. Fine for gluten sensitive, but likely not for someone with Celiac's.

If I could give it a zero star review I would. There was an African American man who was definitely on one. He had no idea what he was doing and he was almost falling asleep on the job. That is ridiculous! He didn't even know who's bowl he was making and tried to give it to everyone except the person it belonged to. He kept forgetting EVERYTHING! I asked for teriyaki sauce and was ignored. I highly do not recommend going here. Very unorganized and rude!

If I could have given them a zero star, I would. I just watched the staff totally disrespected a customer of African descent. The oriental guy with the braids was so rude. He acted like he wanted to fight her. The Asian lady in the black shirt, pony tail and blue jeans was also very disrespectful. The young lady asked for a pair of gloves - use to be a standard at this location- but was rudely told to use the restroom and the hand sanitizer. I've been a regular customer for quite sometime. However, after todays display of disrespect towards a customer who only requested that her food be placed in a container that was displayed, I will never visit this place again. Neither will my family. Just an horrendous experience. Basic customer skills are lacking at this establishment. Management is responsible for this outrageous behavior. Employees need to be trained on how to treat those of us who patronize this establishment. Unfortunately, we will not be there to see the changes enforced. I was so disgusted that I did not get my food. Ridiculous.
