This is the second time I ordered a wet green sauce burrito and the lady read my order back to me and I get home starving, and hand the food to my wife and open it up to find a red sauce wet burrito....once fine, but twice after it's read back to you starts to feel intentional

Gallo’s Taco Truck catered my daughter’s Graduation party this past weekend and they were wonderful! They were on time with prepping the food and serving my guests, professional, accommodating, so sweet, and their food was AMAZING! I will be using Gallo’s again for future events.

I usually don’t write reviews, unless it’s a bad one, but I feel the need to write a review for Gallos Taco Truck, especially since most of the reviews are 1+ years old.I have been coming here for the past 2 years, every single week. Idk what this Cecilia person that wrote a review below me is talking about. Food is amazing, service is great, atmosphere is as good as it can be (it is Stockton, after all).The workers are super nice, and if you need extra salsa or limes, etc., they will provide.I usually get the tacos dorados, super burrito, or quesadilla. Chicken, asada, birria, and pastor are super good, and the horchata is amazing.Gallos Taco Truck gets a 5/5 from me! Anyone that disagrees can stick to nasty Taco Bell

Since I have parted ways with what used to be my fave taco truck I have been searching for a replacement. Today I tried the Al Pastor Tacos at Gallos Taco Truck located on March Lane in the Marshall's parking lot. They were very good, fresh and flavorful! So much so that I plan to go back for more of those tasty tacos and also try a couple other dishes. I'll update in a couple of weeks.

The 2 recent reviews I am very confused about, because I am a regular there and the meat, tortillas and quesabirrias are always top notch. I go for lunch there often and my boss has hired them for various lunch events cause their food is good quality. Yes they do not have quesabirria sauce, but their other salsas are great. How about y'all give a fair review? And not use your day's or weeks irritation to take it out on a review/food? Anyway, Gallos Food Truck food is top notch, my favorite thing to order is the Torta Gallo and quesabirrias!

No stars because they offer Quesabirria tacos and give you regular salsa, instead of the salsa that's supposed to go with Quesabirrias.The food was not good at all. Would not spend my money here again.
