German cuisine is not so easy to find, so I wanted to try this place. Everything was super flavorful. The selection is not huge, but several variations of each are offered, along with several salad and side dish options. Unsurprisingly, beer features centrally in the drinks category, options are many, and German brands dominate, including a few on tap, along with the house brew. Size options range from 1/2 liter to 2 liters, and include the traditional Bierstiefel; a boot-shaped glass popular for its tricky tendency to bathe the uninitiated. The facility itself is humble, but clean, and one bite into your meal will prove that it need not apologize for itself. I'm giving 4 Stars for atmosphere -- it ain't The Ritz, after all, but I'm betting Oktoberfest at this locale could rate a 5.

Went in for lunch, tried a sampler of sausages the curry one was really good as well as the regular sausage. had a pork snitzel with chilli and hollandaise sauce. I think chilli alone would have been better. Good beer 🍺. Id go back again.

The food is absolutely to die for!! Everytime we've gone we get a different server and they have all been super amazing! Our server that we had today was the best. She was so sweet and made our experience even better if you could believe it. Im fully obsessed with the german pancakes and the cucumber salad!!!! We love German Guys and recommend it to anybody that will listen ❤️
Four of us enjoyed the Very good food. We all tried something different and we will certainly come again. I especially enjoyed the red cabbage , lemon schnitzel and peach pie dessert with real whipped cream. Yummy! The restaurant was full but only had to wait about 10 minutes in area outside where we were given menus and drinks.
We used the German Guys to cater our October fest event at Trinity Lutheran Church, Pleasanton, CA last year, and everything was perfect! So we will use them again this year. We stopped by yesterday to try some their great food items, to help select our menu for this year. Great people to work with!!
