The restaurant offers a lively and vibrant atmosphere, its creative interior design making it an inviting and energetic space for both patrons and staff. The waiter was extremely polite and gave us ample time to make our food choices, which was greatly appreciated. However, although the service was good, it took quite some time for our food to arrive - we waited for almost two hours. Regarding the food itself, it was a bit disappointing as many dishes were meat-heavy with very little vegetables. Overall, the restaurant has room for improvement in terms of food quality and speed of service.

I've been coming here for years; the food is great and never misses. However, the service is always lacking, if you're on any type of time constraints, do not come here. My mom loves their Caldo de Res and my dad enjoys their menudo, so we always return in hopes that service has improved, but sadly it doesn't. The servers look like they don't even want to be here, and for the most part forget about you. Took them almost 30 minutes to bring us more chips, and once they drop off the food order, your non-existent to them. Even retrieving the check is a task. Management definitely needs to look into their service procedures.

My husband’s favorite breakfast spot. We love the food there. Customer service ( Yolanda) is amazing and there’s never really a wait time unless there’s a huge party of people.

Food was okay overall, but the service was horrible! They’d come to our table once every 30 minutes and then roll their eyes when you asked for something. Torta Cubana was very good but the menudo was nasty at best. We used to love this place but now it’s the last place we’d go. Honestly Nena’s has bad service too, but at least the atmosphere is good. We will just stick to Don Luis.

Do not go here this place is the most horrible place and service is terrible. The waitress spend their time in the back in their cell phones and their attitude is horrific.
