Easy Steps To Help
rented a place from H.A.L.O for a little over a year and a half. I believe it was Robert who originally I spoke with then Loyd Acosta took over the place wasn't ready at first Loyd took care of that got me in quick and approved after many before wouldn't approve me. There were some things I needed fixed as soon as I moved in. I gave Loyd a call he made it happen got someone out to take of what I needed there is a little lack of communication although he always came through for me. I would personally recommend them to friends and family. And when I moved I put my 30 day notice in and was supposed to be in a new place by the end of my notice and the new place was not ready the place wasnt through H.A.L.O and I spoke with Loyd we worked something out he allowed me to stay another 10 days until it was ready. I very much appreciate Loyd Acosta and Robe

The Manager don’t fix nothing. Very rude the house we rented wasn’t even cleaned we had to clean it. Still no working microwave. Garage door is busted very unprofessional people. You call to have something fixed they don’t care but when rent is due you better have their money or it’s the end of the world. Don’t not rent from them. ED is the managers name worst person alive.

Constant loud music day and night. Drunks out all day and night. Gang members. Dope deals. On-site manager always in your business. Roaches and rats no matter how clean you keep your apartment. Waiting up to 2 years for them to fix your refrigerator. 2+ months to get hot water. Kids flipping off your electricity due to breaker boxes being accessible to anybody that wants to access them. People setting the dumpsters on fire. Constantly fighting over assigned parking.
