1st time here hidden gem. Plenty of parking and indoor eating and lots of variety of food. There's also Lao snack food! We got Lao Jeow Bong to try. The banh mi was huge! Buon cuon was fresh

Been here once before & had the pork belly sandwich. It was really good, bread was nice and soft. But, today I decided to try the shredded pork with pork skin and it was terrible. I guess they weren’t lying, yes the pork was shredded and I guess the pork skin was as well. There never seems to be much meat in the sandwiches, I guess would be the reason to opt for extra meat and pay more money. Also, the bread was really dry and chewy, made my jaws very tired from chewing. It didn’t seem to have much if any, of the spread they usually apply on the bread.

Wow! So glad I found this place. Popped in because I was doing laundry next door (Loburn), and was surprised how good the food is. I've gotten sandwiches & plates, and have been very happy with the food. I especially like that they open early, as I eat earlier than most people.

Dining room is simple, yet serviceable. Big jug of water so you can get your own. I wish they sold beer, but ya can't have everything.

Pro tip: Grab a sandwich on your way to work!

Affordable & fast vietnamese food. There's also a good selection of premade foods/snacks. I ordered the #11, the pork belly banh mi. The sandwich was huge! I appreciate the soft bread. I love seeing this business back around again.
