Got biscuits and gravy but were cold. I think they forgot to microwave it and taste off. The hash Browns didn't seem to be cooked either. The omelet was warm. I get better food from a taco truck... Sadly, they weren't open today.

When in at 8:47pm on 12/22/2025 and it was empty I was yelling hello is it open over and over.. I even picked in to look in the kitchen no one was there. I went out to ask an employee of Costco if then can call security as they might have left the door open.. They said it should be open then looked and finally as we were walking someone came.. we left and in the corner we can see them hidding just chatting it up. We went to Dennys instead of going in.

We walked in and no one was at the counter to greet us which is fine because we thought it was busy since it was Saturday at 1:40pm we stood there for 10 minutes until my husband checked if the dinning area was packed and it wasn’t there were plenty of empty tables after 3 team members came up to the counter at different times and not one of them greeted us or even acknowledged we were there no one asked if we had been helped there was another family waiting as well they had been there longer than us and they hadn’t been greeted either very bad service at least a smile and we will be right with you would of been great
This location of IHOP in particular is wonderful. Attentive and kind, food was amazing, gave me leftovers, thank you for providing us veterans and soldiers with discounts!

I thought I’d order a birthday breakfast and received slop. The delivery driver who is through door dash didn’t text nor ring the doorbell so it was sitting outside for at least 30 minutes. Yolanda answered when I called to complain and quickly interrupted me to say go to door dash to complain even though I stated it was ordered through their app. And even the poor quality of food is out of their control she said. March ln is much better what a waste of $22.00. No instructions on how to complain to doordash through the app just in helpful blame game.
