If i could , I would leave zero star . I went last night, waiting in line for 40 mins when I already order foods online smh my and kids foods taste cold, very salty, nasty. Never again!

Went in asking for a ranch chicken sandwich. Got my food. It was the wrong sandwich went back and asked for the correct item and they said they don’t serve ranch chicken sandwiches, when clearly it’s on their menu. Took 35 mins to get the wrong order from an empty store where the employees don’t know what on the menu.

We all know they’re supposed to be known for making fresh food to order but naturally things change over time so my advice don’t go there in the evening because the fries are stale and Double fried.. take some pride in what u servin..

I like this location, but it is still Jack in the Box, the employees (many of them) have learned my name and I only go in 1-2 times a week. The food is food, but I only order items with grilled chicken. Sons seem to like the burgers.
The onion rings were overcooked. I gave a 1 star for Atomspher because the homeless people are there hanging out in the front.

Every time I go here at night lady always gets my order wrong. Ask for a number 14 with cheese, get no cheese. Ask for a drink with no ice, I get ice. Lady needs hearing aids or something.
