Ordered two of the Gremlins meals shortly after they came out. We did not receive our air fresheners, when we asked the employee said the manager took them home for the night (Weird). Went back the next day, and they said they no longer sold them. Now another location is saying they aren't selling them.

The drive through ordering portal is my only complaint. It seems like the audio quality on both ends is poor. I’ve had communication issues on several occasions. At least they have a screen showing your order but it doesn’t always seem to be working.

This store is awesome! Good quality is usually top tier. I've purchased 🌮 and they were fresh and not greasy! The only reason for 3 star was the wait time. One car held up the line. When I arrived no cars, after the 10 minute wait there were 4 cars in back of me.

If i could , I would leave zero star . I went last night, waiting in line for 40 mins when I already order foods online smh my and kids foods taste cold, very salty, nasty. Never again!

Went in asking for a ranch chicken sandwich. Got my food. It was the wrong sandwich went back and asked for the correct item and they said they don’t serve ranch chicken sandwiches, when clearly it’s on their menu. Took 35 mins to get the wrong order from an empty store where the employees don’t know what on the menu.

We all know they’re supposed to be known for making fresh food to order but naturally things change over time so my advice don’t go there in the evening because the fries are stale and Double fried.. take some pride in what u servin..
