I got to the store and the smell was too strong like a drain smell. I asked why the establishment smelled like that and they told me they didn't know where it was from! I was thinking of eating at the establishment, the only thing I did was ask for takeout since I couldn't stand the smell anymore!! When I got into my car to eat I found 2 large curly potatoes still raw…. What a disappointment ?

The younger male cashier seemed annoyed with his job ? when I was asking about, if the chicken strip combo came in spicy or if they had spicy chicken strip his "" noooo"" was just plain and bland. Then I asked if they had "" the real good sauce"" in spicy, he again said "" noooo, we don't have that sauce"". When we got our order, I got my chicken strips with no sauce at all, even though I asked for ranch. Walking back to the counter, I was greeted by a much older gentleman, who made that first part of my experience forgetful. He was so polite, and gave me two spicy real good sauces!!!!! And even called my second little togo order by my name, thank sir for turning it all around I really appreciate your customer service....

I stop coming here because the workers were rude and my order items were missing but today I went because I was hungry and it’s across the street from my school. My tacos were cold I went to back to exchange my food the older gentleman he was helped me right away he was nice and professional. The young lady who took my order at the drive-thru she was nice to as well. Compare to the older employees I’m assuming is no longer there makes a huge difference I appreciate their kindness.
Just ordered 4 tacos and curly fries and a shake only got regular fries and two tacos tried to call to get a refund or replacement order but they didn't pick up

the manager made my boyfriend lift up his shirt and show his underwear which i have no idea why. not only was it uncomfortable it was highly unprofessional and plain weird. DO NOT support this place .
