Its appalling to see the many fake reviews the place gets, especially when the staff have forgotten my 2 chicken sandwiches from my last order I had with them. I address it to the cashier, she addresses it and handed me my missing items. Then looks at me and says condescending, "Sorry about that, we have a new system we're working with and I haven't been here long" followed with a fake frowning face. I call out her bs and say "I've seen you work here long enough not to make a mistake like this, stop making excuses now." She then gets mad, starts yelling because it was because of the new system. I then tell her that if there is a new system, that it's ok then. I don't think I'm going back to a place like this that has a woman that yells and makes excuses like a grown child as a cashier when something goes wrong. She should either take accountability or reconsider working a different job. This woman was a Latina that has brown hair and works the evening.

I had went for a quick bite to eat and thought that this place must be great considering it has plenty of recent positive reviews.
Now I see the reviews must be coming from the workers or something because when I got food poisoning I was told, over the phone, to come back for a full refund of 35 dollars so long as I bring a receipt and the food but when I came to the window they tried to tell me that the system had crashed and that they couldnāt do anything about it but when another car pulled up behind me, it magically starting working.
Then she went through every single bag and every sandwich box and told me since I ate some of the food she can only give me 15.
Very unprofessional. When I worked in fast food I would always give a full refund to anyone who had fell ill from the food.
I tried explaining to her that the way you get food poisoning is by eating food so of course some of the food was going to be eaten. You donāt get food poisoning from smelling food. You donāt get food poisoning from looking at food! You get food poisoning from eating food.

9-18-24 Time: 3:32AM ordered a single burrito , the management need to pay attention to who they hire,no welcome script followed,no active voice,no big line,single car order a small item,didnāt even ask for the receipt of payment at window,took more then 10 minutes,person at grill section were playing around, didnāt bother to ask for condiments or sauce option , jack in the Box (YOU NEED TO DO BETTER) for your service itās not good like before Anymore ??
