First of all, I don't have a picture since this happened beforehand but i went to Jack in the box for some food in the morning since i was sick, I got a burger and a drink and i went home and bit the burger. The patty was dry and hard and the whole thing just looked nasty and dried out like they left it out, i know its fast food but can it get any worse?? yes, the jack in the box made me extremely more ill than i currently was that time. HORRIBLE.

Our experience was less to be desired. The lady taking our order was rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Food well, it's for food so there's really not much to say about it except you get what you pay for.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen at a drive thru. Idk what happened but staff seemed very uninterested and unpleasant that day. They lost track of orders, didn't hear the name right multiple times, didn't give me the full order after waiting, said they'd be back w the rest and literally just let it sit there cus the staff apparently accidentally forgot they didn't pass it to me and didnt even include a utensil til asked. They also tried to give someone else's order beforehand when clearly we hadn't moved. What a joke.
