So I come after my shift which is later at the night. I usually come around 4:00am-ish. Every time I come to order I always get told “sorry our system is updating” (usually 15-30 min). Happens way too much to be a coincidence, just want an explanation because I am starving by the end of my shift. Just wondering if the workers are lying or not. Would love a reply thank you!

I was here today around 2:00 AM. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru, but the employee told me she wouldn’t assist me because she was on break. When I tried to clarify I had a mobile order, I didn’t get a response until I said “hello,” and someone replied with a loud, rude “what?”. After explaining again, I was yelled at to “pull forward” in an aggressive tone, and I could hear cussing in the background.
This was a very unprofessional experience and definitely not what I expected from this location. This is one of the first Jack In The Box locations with extremely rude employees. I am hoping management addresses this.

She was very rude and when she almost dropped the box out the drive-thru window she calls the driver stupid very bad customer service
The line is insanely long like are they taking their time or something it took me over 45min through the drive thru.

Prices are getting a little crazy. I used to pay 8 bucks for there lowest meal, jumbo jack meal. I payed 14 dollars for a low quality plane burger with cold fry here in tracy ca.
