I went in slow service, gal came in after me was served first I ordered 2 Tacos and a Milkshake, The Milkshake was good but the Tacos took a couple of bites and through rest away. They tasted old and was greasy didn't taste right. I went to bathroom had diarrhea from the Tacos. Usually I like their Tacos but will never have them again as got sick from The 🌮 Tacos.

It's been a few times I order here and there is always items missing I asked the window attendant and repeated my order he he assured me it was all there when I arrived home I was missing items I live 15-20 from the restaurant so this is disappointing and who's going to pay for my time and gas to go back for a mistake they made.

After Jack in the Box I go to the people are always very friendly very customer service oriented and that like every customer feel very special and their number one priority it is very very awesome
Use to work at Jack for 4 yrs they gave me old nuggets just had them sitting in warmer then added them back in fryer to make it seem fresh so they don’t waste the count nuggets was so hard it was crazy n burnt

I’ve stopped by on my way home from work the past few mornings between 4&5am and each time I stop by they say they’re only accepting cash because their card reader is down.. if your not accepting cards at these hrs you should put a sign out there letting the customers know in between these hours we’re only accepting cash.. it would make it more convenient so we know ahead of time..
I love Jack in the Box for their chicken sandwiches. They’re consistently perfect and look just like they do in the commercials ??, which is rare compared to other fast food places. The service is good too, nothing to complain about. They even ask if you need any sauce with your order, unlike many other places that just hand you your bag and rush you out. The overall experience is good and the chicken sandwiches are delicious ?.
