So I go to the drive-through I ordered 12 tacos and a southwest chicken salad. As a place my order I heard nothing on the other end of the drive-through server I politely asked did you get my order no answer I asked again and some young male said what you say and then once again when blank So I decided to pull to the front drive-through window a female came to the window and I asked if she got my order she said what was your order there was no one in the drive-through but me!!!!!! They took a long time to get my order and the chicken strips they’re on the salad are really tough and not even chewable . I would never go to that Jack-in-the-Box again as well as order a salad with chicken sandwich it was terrible!!!! they kept the drive-through window the whole time just talking a bunch of nonsense very unfriendly staff

When I first pulled up, I was not greeted for about 3 mins. And when the lady finally said something she stated, “sorry give me one min”. I came here twice and the customer service is terrible. There is no leadership in this place. Please meet with your staff to create a gameplan.
