Service isn’t always good. Drive thru they are always rushing you to order, the food is mostly cold, doesn’t look appetizing. Dine in isn’t any better, only thing is looks clean enough. Staff aren’t friendly.

Horrible experience all the time. The ebt system sucks & then the mananger tired to claim I was trying to get free food 😂 like girl I even called to check my balance. Rude & food nasty! If I could give zero stars I would.

I went thru the drive thru. The young man working at the window was pleasant, expedient, & provided good customer service. I was pleased with my burger and my pup was pleased with his chicken nuggets.

My first impression of this location was that they got nothing in my order correct. I ordered a munchie meal, ultimate cheeseburger, two tacos, halfsies fries and a large coke. What I got was a cold chicken sandwich, onion rings, a single small order of regular fries and a root beer. Personally, I'm just never going back to this location.

I only eat at one Jack in the box. The manager there should never leave. Her name is Jean, aka Momma Jean. Not only is she one of the most powerful, important, highly educated, extremely loyal, and respectful managers I've ever met, she's the world's greatest cook of all time. Every time I go there, before I order my food, I always ask if Momma Jean there. If she's not there, I won't eat. She cooks your food just the way you order it. She never makes any mistakes. Her services are above the rim, and that's as high as you can go. Momma Jean can never be replaced. God bless you, I'll always love you unconditionally 💖 always, Marguerite Stevenson .

It was neat and clean, and our food was hot and as expected. But the service was poor. We stood for several minutes waiting to place our order. Although we could clearly see three associates working, no one ever bothered to say that someone would be with us. They just kept working and never made eye contact. One even came over to give someone else their order and never ganced our way.

We were the only customers inside, besides the guy who was called over to pick up his order.

Finally, another person came from out of nowhere to the counter and asked for our order. No acknowledgment of our lengthy wait or anything. And she had the nerve to be abrupt - lol. OK
