Service is always nice, orders correct. The sourdough jacks are always lukewarm though. This critique is more for the quality JNB is producing. When did they decide to move to this heavily processed chicken patty, mcchicken-esqe. Used to be a wonderful chicken sandwich. The ultimate bacon burger has also taken a quality hit.
Food was okay & there was nothing really to say about the service or atmosphere since I was in my car.

Depending on who's behind the counter/mic, customer service is great. Food is ok, prices are fair, and drinks are for the most part rarely flat.
Parking is huge, a lot of spaces you can find. Also has handicap spots just in case. Ramp provided on side of building.
Homeless here is pretty high, security is on the property but don't do much to help. In a sense of risk is low, just pan handlers.
