So I was traveling from Fresno back up to Oregon where I live, I stopped off at this Jack in the box at 2am or so and I must say the lady at the window, I believe her name was Crystal, was so sweet, had a huge smile, made sure everything I ordered was hot, fresh, and RIGHT! She needs to be recognized for sure. Love her and that smile. I definitely recommend.
Went there on the late night cuz I was feeling hungry and I wanted a double bonus Jack combo but they said it was no longer on special I was disappointed but they did have the fish sandwich on special so I got that and they cooked it fresh and it was hella good so in conclusion I would recommend Jack in the box for late night Munchies because even if they don't have what you thought you was going to get you going to find something else that's going to be just as tasty as long as they cook it fresh

Today I bought a SOUTHWEST CRISPY CHICKEN SALAD, Fajita pita sandwiches and egg rolls.The chicken was terribly over cooked and I couldn't even eat it. I also bought 4 chicken fajita pita sandwiches. The family thought they were good. The egg rolls were delicious ?. The service was fair.

I’m currently here on my lunch break and everytime I come the service takes for ever, even just to order. I’m currently in the drive thru line and it took the workers so long just to grab the money from a car two cars ahead of me and they were waiting there for 4 minutes waiting just to pay. I just got my food and they gave me the completely wrong bag of food that I didn’t order. It would be appreciated if the service could be faster and not have a car wait almost 5 minutes just to pay. Everything just needs to be in better order and faster service. That’s why it’s fast food, so I can get my food fast.

Okay so I work 2 jobs 8AM -9PM mon - Friday. I get off work and commute home. This jack in the box is right before I get home so I stop to get some dinner. I get there around 9:35-9:40 order my food go home. Takes me about 15 minutes to get home from there. Finally get home my order is completely wrong. I call and get on the phone with a Rebecca at 10:17 finally got someone to answer and I explained to her what happened. She said no worries come back in give them your name and we'll replace it for you. Then I come back Saturday around 8:30 PM and talk to BENJAMINA ( worst service from her ) she kept changing her story on why she couldn't replace my meal. She said I can't replace your meal without a receipt. She asked me for the food back from yesterday that was in my garbage. And I showed her my bank statement with time and date and amount she still refused to help me. So I drive all the way home and then drive back to dig the receipt out of garbage just to show her receipt and come to find out SHE WAS THE ONE WHO RANG ME UP THE DAY MY ORDER WAS MESSED UP. And she said that's not her name in the receipt. Her name was on the receipt. WORST customer service from benjamina.
