So a few nights back I went to grab something to eat, I tried the new smash burger and was very disappointed with it, it looked nothing like the picture along with the taste nothing special, the jalapeño poppers weren't hot they were more on the warm side, the spicy mini tacos (sauced & loaded) were OK could have been better though and last but not least the curly fries gahhhh, I had to put them in the Air Fryer because they were ridiculously soft thankfully 5 minutes did the trick.

Had a coupon for buy one get one free breakfast croissant. The guy at the window acted like he didn't know how to ring up the coupon. Then the price came out higher (I used one before). When I asked why he said "I don't know I don't have control over anything and you're getting one free". I told him I won't be back.
Out of all the Jack-in-the-Box is I have ever been to in California ,this has to be my favorite one. The food is always very warm and done fresh to order. My favorite thing to eat from here are the tacos and the curly french fries and the churros and needless to say they are always very crunchy and fresh. Plus the service their employees are very nice and friendly so that is always a plus. Best believe I will be back for more Jack. :P

It was a short wait for my order. The food was hot and tasty. I think the hammer lane location is better than the march lane location. The food usually seems fresher for some reason at the hammer lane location. Maybe that is because it is fresher. You be the judge....

Night shift just doesn’t want to work and uses the same excuse every single time. “Our system is down” conveniently at night, but never during the day? I know it resets at 4am cuz I waited a whole hour to get food. But it’s too much of a coincidence that they say the system is down so often at night.
