Came through the drive through headed out of town. Was in drive through at 11:05 didnt receive my food until 11:38. We only ordered three meals. I've worked drive through, shouldn't take this long. Staff was friendly and nice.

This is one of the cleanest Jack in the Box's and Extra Mile that I've been too. Staff was professional and the area was nice.
I came through last night. Late night walmart shopping trip. Made my mobile order. Got up to the window and Jasmine was a sweetheart. She let me know they were out of eggs to make my scrambler sandwich. And offered something else on the menu or a refund. Instead of sending me home without the item unknowingly. I opted for curly fries.
Jasmine deserves a raise! Thank you Jasmine! This is how customer is done! I've worked in food for many years. It's refreshing to know there's still a few out there 😌

The man taking my order at 10:15 on August 10th was rushing the hell out of me! I could even finish my damn sentence without him interrupting! Give your customers a dang chance to complete their sentence and maybe you wouldn’t have to ask so many damn questions! You give me my total before I could even finish my order! Yea I want my food fast no I don’t like being rushed . Because homeboy didn’t even get my order right smh.

I order a fresh grill cheese (please) and thank you manners they put the display sandwich in my bag I mean bread was so hard almost broke my teeth Im so mad I was on time limit I was hungry I called the store so many times no answer it's sad yall let the 20$ go to the head I will never eat at this location again P.S DONT PLAY WITH PEOPLE FOOD NOR STOMACH'S
