I've been going to this Jack in the Box since I was just a kid, I had an initial bad experience a few months ago, however it's been several months since that incident and I'm proud to say that they've improved by several magnitudes. Customer service is now consistently 10/10. I continue to proudly go to this location multiple times a week. I've yet to have a food error at this location and I have nothing but good things to say.

Whoever manages the inventory of this location needs to be fired. For the past year and a half they have always been out of multiple items. Even the main items that should always be stocked (fries, sauces, sodas, etc.), are always out. The service is great, never had any issues, they just need to hire someone else to order the right amount of inventory.

The wait time for fast food is ridiculous here.... I work in the area get a 30min lunch and have waited 20 mins for a simple order

I wish i could give no stars. App kept losing my order, not putting it through. When it finally went through, it was wrong, but I was stuck with it. No one at the counter took forever to get service and resolve app issue. Won't be going back or using the app again , very disappointed 😕

messed up my entire order. I just got home after ordering a kids' meal for my kids. Instead of chicken nuggets, they put a hash brown. How do you get that wrong? Mae the district manager should get fired always has jack understaffed.
