The store is full this morning. It’s 9 AM. Nobody’s greeted me or “hey I’ll be right with you” There’s only one person rushing these orders and the other girl stayed she was on break. I just had to leave

It’s cold in there but a very good atmosphere. Theres people to talk to and areas to drink the slushes there. I recommend the blueberry slush, it’s super good

I’m here right now (5:58p) and when I walked in the guy in the front is making smoothies, (Xavier) didn’t acknowledge my presence when I walked in. There was no greeting, he looked up but didn’t look at me. Looked pasted me outside. And I stood there waiting. The lovely lady (Cheyenne) in the back washing the blenders looked up and saw me and immediately stopped what she was doing to come take my order. I noticed Xavier was helping the lady before me and He was very jolly to her when he gave her, her smoothie and with me all I got was “did you need a carrier with that?”. I’m trying not to make it a race thing because clearly the lady he was working with was African American but I don’t know how else to look at it. This Jamba Juice is in a great location to have employees not treating all their customers equal. Thank you to the lady (Cheyenne) for the customer service.

Hate this location. They never acknowledged your presence or at least let you know that they'll be with you in a minute. Depends on employees, but most I'm come in contact with were unfriendly. I've come and have had to walk out multiple times, but I think I'm done this time. I'll find another location, hopefully better service than this one.

I’m giving this place 4 stars because I paid $1 for blueberries and they gave me not even a spoonful. If you want to drive revenue I would suggest not cheaping out on add ons. I will no longer add shots/extra toppings when visiting this location solely based on this experience. Great service from the employees though they were very kind, I know this has nothing to do with them!
