I’m giving this place 4 stars because I paid $1 for blueberries and they gave me not even a spoonful. If you want to drive revenue I would suggest not cheaping out on add ons. I will no longer add shots/extra toppings when visiting this location solely based on this experience. Great service from the employees though they were very kind, I know this has nothing to do with them!

I went there yesterday to grab my employees drinks I own three fast food chain and as a franchise owner I can’t bear the service they does there so order rung up incorrect first we order 2 large strawberry swirl and split in four suggested by an employee she was very nice and one waffle and 2 twist and juices paid $37 and wait order is ready but forgot out smoothies I asked the same cashier she said oh I m sorry I forgot that to add it’s ok it’s happens so she ring again 2 large smoothies and add coconut cream $25 we were waiting so long so I told her can you pls do little faster and she was making my bowl but did not hear and what I said but the person who was handling Order to guests she heard and told me “ this is rude “ I said ha I said I just said can you do little fast pls she still said next time ya but still you are rude because we r waiting here without knowing our order was not took properly was not our fault and then you teaching other people we are rude come on rather than apologize she giving attitude and once our drinks one done by other person she puts drink there she move back she was keep talking to other employees that I am not gonna deal with this and that and if you have system to watch and listen what happened around 2:30 to 3:00 I don’t have words how insulted I felt waited half hour for this service and attitude without even saying any word I was shocked and and just left with my drinks and my employee was with me I couldn’t find her name

I visited this location at 8:40 PM expecting service until 9:00 PM as advertised. Despite being technically "open," I was denied service for fresh orange juice, as the staff (young Asian lady and young Mexican lady with tattoo on her neck) had begun “cleanup” and didn’t want to have to clean the machine again. When I questioned this, they ignored me and walked away. It's unfair to advertise hours until 9:00 PM but stop serving earlier without notice. Transparency and customer service need a lot of improvement.

Came here yesterday & amazing service from analisa , before this review i seen a carla review about this young lady. Sounds like your a loser i dont think jamba juice cares about your 40$ a week. Get a better life instead of trying to ruin someone else’s B word.

Great place to go if you're in the mood for something delicious and healthy. Great thing to bring to someone who is in rehab or in the hospital for a treat.

My kids wanted to go to Jamba Juice again and when they got their drinks they were in love the one on the right loves to say gamba goose is the way he likes to say it, when my kids want some nice juicy juice we go to here jamba juice

Came here today and had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Analisse. Ordered three drinks, two mango a go gos - one with whey protein(size medium) one without(size small).I watched her make the smoothies and put the whey protein smoothie in the size medium drink cup.There was extra in the blender after filling up the medium cup… so she added mango and reblended the mix to put in the size small. When I told her, “hey I just watched you do that I can’t have protein in that smoothie cup it’s for my 5 year old kid” she copped an attitude and said “I added mango to the blender that’s it” - repeated the process I saw her do which was wrong - and then she refused to re-make it and proceeded to cop an attitude when I asked for a drink carrier so I could get out of there.So either 1) the medium doesn’t have protein(which I paid for) or 2) both smoothies now have protein and one of them can’t be eaten by my kid.We come here weekly as treats for our kids when they have good weeks in school but have no problem driving to a different place - this snarky employee just cost you our business. You can say goodbye to my $40 a week. It could have been as simple as remaking something that is a cost of maybe $1.50 to Jamba but she chose to be a rude condescending little B word. This is ridiculous.

I love Jamba Juice, but this location made us second guess the capabilities of the workers or lack of training at this store. We visited this store today (Easter Sunday) and purchased three of the reusable cups for our orders to be placed in. Clearly, the label states to rinse cup with warm water and soap before use (shown in picture). That definitely was NOT done. Then, seems that the worker poured all of our juices in the cups with the care label still in it. The only reason I dumped my drink out was because my daughter started to choke on something while drinking her juice from the cup. She was choking on the paper that shredded up in her juice! Of course, we checked the other two drinks and sure enough, the labels were in our juices. Thank goodness the two labels didn't shred up in the juice with the possibility of us drinking it as well. Jamba Juice at Lincoln Center, please provide some training on quality control so this doesn't happen to anyone else...or have a worse outcome resulting in something more serious.
