This manager here is so unprofessional if your job is promoting 1$ smoothies from 3-6 the go with that time and nothing else. If you are unprepared for that kind of promotion hand your job title to someone else. If they give you specific instructions then you also tell your costumers. If you have a cut off time then you as a general manager should come out and speak to your customers and not tell your staff to do it and hand behind your team. That is the most embarrassing thing you could ever do. Someone needs to get train this team how it’s supposed to be done. So disappointed and embarrassed for them. Do better

my girlfriend went here earlier today and was the only person in the store at the time she placed her order, asking and confirming that her (my) order of a Mango dragonfruit bowl had no blueberries .. she waited with me on the phone for around 10 min as four other people came in after her and all received their food before her..after receiving her order which had the blueberries on it anyways she left , wish yall would pay a little bit more attention in confirming and rereading an order for something being almost $14

Excellent place to grab a good healthy drink. Good customer service. One of my favorite drinks at Jamba Juice is called "White Gummy". Also first time trying their savory pretzel, and it was pretty good.

Depending on when you go to this Jamba, it could be real busy, and most of the time, there's only one person working there, taking orders and doing all the smoothies, so if you're not in a rush, prepare to wait.

Was trying to use the phone number that was provided on the website to make an order but no one answered the phone. Shortly after trying to call again they kept hanging up the phone. What is the point of having phone line if you refuse to use it. So don't bother wasting your time. I'm going to take my money to another business
