There were 2 people making the sandwiches were coughing. Then I ordered a specific sandwich for my son and got home and it wasn't the correct one. Then I got home to eat my sandwich and it was literally soaked in vinegar 🤢. I don't think these person's had enough experience preparing sandwiches. We won't recommend this place to anyone. And we won't be going back. Which makes me sad because we really were looking forward to eating here.

Unfortunately there was a hair BAKED into the bread of my sandwich. It was really disappointing and made the whole meal feel unsanitary. I understand mistakes happen, but it was enough to put me off from coming back to this location.

Fresh ingredients, absurdly generous portions, and employees who deserve sainthood, combat pay, and a federal medal for enduring the daily psychological warfare known as “customer special requests.” They’re friendly, fast, and miraculously patient while surrounded by people who clearly woke up and chose chaos.
I went today (Sunday) for lunch and the place was absolutely mobbed—which is reassuring, because competence should be rewarded. If you possess basic time management skills or any awareness that other humans exist, download the app and order ahead. It works flawlessly. The in-store experience, however, is a front-row seat to societal collapse. Grown adults standing there redesigning a sandwich like it’s a NASA prototype. One woman demanded it be cut diagonally. Not joking. Diagonal. Ma’am, this is lunch, not a personality.
Final verdict: elite sandwiches, phenomenal shop, and employees operating with the restraint of hostage negotiators. I’ll be back tomorrow—hopefully before the sandwich architects, culinary philosophers, and main characters of the universe return to hold the line hostage again.
