As much as I want to love this place, the experience has been disappointing. The vibe and ambiance are great, and it feels like the kind of spot I’d want to keep coming back to. However, every time I’ve visited, there has only been one person working, which makes it impossible to keep up with both walk-in customers and online orders. Fresh juices and smoothies take time to prepare, but with only one worker, the wait is excessive. After giving it four tries, my family and I ended up waiting 40 minutes for our order on our last visit. Unfortunately, this will probably be our last time coming here.

The hygiene in this place is absolutely disgusting. The owner was working without gloves and without washing his hands after biting his nails and scratching his head, I couldn’t help but think about the particles in my food and drink so I ended up throwing it away because I didn’t have the heart to embarrass him in his face. The smell coming from him or the other worker was putrid. I couldn’t even imagine eating my food after interacting with them as the smell of their underarms filled the area. None of them were wearing hair nets or hats, specifically the brown lady with messy hair, I know for sure hair is ending up in food and drinks.

If i could put negative stars I would. The main owners are so dirty and unhygienic, I noticed an older brown woman not wearing a uniform, no brushed hair, nor a hat. And the Older brown man also not in uniform or hat like the other workers. VERY slow service and it’s so messy and dirty in the back. It took so long for my drink and the Man was calling on his phone while working? So unprofessional and nasty here. So sad

I always stop by the bank in this plaza and kept noticing a line in front of this shop. Today I finally thought, let’s see what the fuss is about — and I’m so glad I did!
I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in, and the place was super clean and inviting. I told them to surprise me with anything coffee-related, and what they made was amazing — especially with the peanut butter flavor!
Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area. Now I see why there’s always a line!

Went inside and the workers were amazing, the owner and his wife are disgusting though. I went inside to get a smoothie and i saw the owner standing on the counters with his bare feet. His wife took my order on a different day i came in and she was not friendly at all she just looked at me with a blank stare and was so rude. I ordered a lava flow and it took forever to come out and when it finally came out it tasted so bland and it confused me because whenever my smoothie is prepared by another worker it always comes out amazing. The managers clearly don’t value this place and yell at their workers as i’ve heard countless times. I don’t know if it’s independently owned but if it’s not the company should consider new management.

I’ve been going here for months and have the same problem. I went in recently and a young lady helped me with my order and was very nice. It was very busy and she was working alone, which was odd because there was an older woman who came in and out of the kitchen. I heard the worker being yelled at which is very unprofessional and created a tense environment for me and other guests. My smoothie also took a while to make because it was just the one girl making orders. They should consider putting more employees on shift so orders don’t take as long. Until then I won’t be returning.
Shoutout to seaone for the service, shes probably the best worker in my opinion with the recommendations she gives since I am fairly new to trying out acai bowls

I love coming here, I definitely come here every week and I love all of the food options they have. The one thing is its so entirely messy..when I come in, usually mornings to early afternoons there's always two workers, specifically the older lady working all the time is who I'm referring to. She is so so messy, always leaving the blenders out after she makes the smoothies, doesn't clean the counters and I always see the other workers doing it for her. And it stays messy until someone else takes them for her and its just like..ew..my food is being prepared around that? When she takes orders too she doesn't seem friendly either, always has this blank face on like she doesn't want to be there, no customer service experience seen whatsoever. The other workers seem so friendly though I usually come in when the Ariana and Danna girls are working they take care of my order well. Definitely think they should get that other lady some extensive training though..seems to me like she doesn't hold cleanliness to the standard food service workers should. She doesn't wear a name tag either so I can't even call out who she is but trust me if you go in you'll know exactly who I'm talking about, maybe its time to get a new worker..
