Food is hot and juicy. The service has a lot to be desired and they are very slow. There was no one in the drive-thru before us or behind us. After we ordered they had us pull around to bay one. It took them four song on the radio to get our order of two tenders combos.

Not sure who was taking my order as they didn't show there face when I pulled up to the window but they were very unprofessional and just ghetto, it was uncomfortable and made me feel unwelcomed. Will be not be going to this kfc again.

I hate giving bad ratings but this place sucks I was asked to get out of line in the Drive-Thru in order to allow them to open one of their registers so I had to get out of my car and come in the minute I walked in the door I noticed they were actually serving individuals in the walk through and it took me an additional hour and some change to get 2 three piece

I love the extra crispy chicken with the fixings. The restaurant is always clean and the service is always friendly.Dietary restrictions: There is plenty of parking and even a drive thru.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is ramp accessible.
Got there at 7:30pm, and they didn't have any chicken but Original. Asked for a 4pc tender, said the only had 3pc or 6pc. Got the 3pc tender, chicken only, it was 14.99 and look at this! This is what i got. I'm a female, under 5'4, the tenders are on my hands for scale.
Worst establishment I've ever been too, and the kfc brand is a family known well honored restaurant but this place in particular is ran by a lady named PATRICIA she is the worst. Cane in originally through drive through and ordered two different meals. I was told once my money was already taken by Patricia to pull up to spot number one and my order would be brought out to me. In total I waited outside in a spot for 25 minute with a two year old by myself. I had to get my baby out the hot car and to go inside to see why my order was taking so long. Patricia had completely forgot my order and started taking other people's orders in the drive through, she served 3 customers in the drive through line and gave them chicken tenders (which I also had ordered), and still had me standing there waiting completely ignoring me and My hungry and crying toddler. An older Caucasian lady and a younger African American girl stepped in once they noticed my distress and inquired about my order and told me Patricia did not even mention someone was waiting in the spots for food. They worked on my order and got it to me but In all I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for the food to actually come out. Patricia confused and unfocused tried to step in and see what they were doing and started yelling at them in front of of me about the accuracy of the order. (Remind you, the younger girl had already taken my receipt with her to make sure there would be no errors, Patricia was just trying to overextend her position and was passed they were working to fix her mistakes without saying anything to her. When I asked if I could have a word with her the older lady told me Patricia told her she doesn't want to talk to customers right now. In all I was at this place about 40-45 minutes which is completely insane for any establishment. This place has the same issues every time because of the manager Patricia. She needs an assessment of her training to make sure her job skills are still up to par, (yelling and screaming at workers for your mistakes js a nono, especially only certain employees and not all the staff that are responsible) and she's not just there for some quick cash but also there to sell and make good quality products for people in need. She's very mean to her employees in my honest opinion and does not even wait for customers to leave before she begins yelling at her workers. I also have her behavior to her employees on video if anyone from HR or upper management would like to see, the video shows alot of discrimination and unfairness to say the least. One particular employee of the same race as Patricia was not getting yelled at and was on her cell phone often when she should have been prepping and getting orders together like mine. Patricia should have corrected that but deliberately kept walking past the employee not even telling her to put her phone down, just to skip over and try directing the other two employees who were scrambling and left completely in the dark with the orders. The scene prompted me to pull my cellphone out and record because I could not even believe what I was witnessing.Please respond with contact information to do so under this review, Thank you! Worst KFC I've ever been to, the customer service was SHIT . All of the workers have stank faces and they mess up all the orders. Window says no receipt, free meal then they say we don't do that anymore but the sign is clearly still up . The customer service just completely ruined my appetite. Would give ZERO stars if I could !

Never again , my food was cold and they gave ranch instead of barbecue sauce, ranch dressing, and barbecue sauce don't sound nothing alike, and I got the worst looking biscuit of all time

Ordered chicken nuggets, and they were dry and rubbery. It's not the most pleasant neighborhood either. Don't like being hit up for money before entering the store. Bathrooms are locked, but they were clean.
They made me walk through the drive thru cause they closed the lobby
