I ordered thru Uber eats and my driver was there 10 minutes after I order and so he waited 15 minutes into waiting he ask about the order ( mind you I am looking at him on the app) my food wasn't ready 1/2 hour still not ready, 1 1/2 hour later I got my food. The mashed potatoes I could've use a straw, the biscuits was hard the chicken was not what I ordered, my drink had a lot of ice when I stated no ice. But before anybody say anything.I know it was not.The driver fought because I was following the driver on my uber app and plus I knew who the driver was.

Every time you come to this KFC, nothing is never done. It’s always a 20 minute wait I think if you realize you’re running out of something you’re gonna have a replacement ready to go.

Went there with a second person ordered a $15 meal each. Not realizing, there's the exact same meal for 5 dolland they couldn't even get the order Correct ended up getting a refund. Terrible service i will never go back again.
Made an order utilizing the App. App gave me a notification that my order was ready for pickup. Showed up at counter and order was not ready. Employee stated "working on it" and maybe 10 more minute wait.Don't know if there's a disconnect because the time of day 4:15pm and on a payday friday, because App and counter service are not synced whatsoever.I give 2 stars because of this.This issue needs to be remedied and looks like an issue from the App side. Employees were getting orders done behind the counter and was greeted by he counter-person.KFC get the app corrected. Employees at this store isn't the problem and commend them for the hustle.

Despite being on MLK(you know what people say about MLK street in any city) this play is clean, the workers are diligently doing their jobs and the KFC tasted like KFC should. My customer service experience was really good. I also really appreciate the 10 Tuesday bucket of chicken. We broke out here.
