Ordered threw mobile app. Went in when the app said my order was ready 20 min later. Walked in only to find out they never even made it. They said we will make it right now sorry we didn't get the order. Waited another 30 min. This place is a joke and the manager is no help at all.

This was unacceptable! I pulled before 10pm, ordered a meal WITH FRENCH FRIES, pulled back around after they did NOT give me fries then proceeded to say “Sorry we’re closed” because it had hit 10 on the dot. I tried to explain I just came through and she tried to say the combo did not come with fries as if there’s not a picture on the screen. Simply unprofessional and liars. I even checked and online it said “your side of choice” DO YOU THINK I WANTED MASHED POTATOES INSTEAD OF FRIES?
