I usually don’t like to leave reviews, but this type of behavior is unacceptable. KFC On Pacific Ave is a total unorganized mess. This is the second time I received an incomplete order without two items, unfortunately is a bit far for me to go back.

This kfc needs new management. Some folks that are hired here could care less if this kfc crumbles. The healthy department should pay this kfc a visit. Filthy place and they definitely don't keep it clean.

I’ve stopped by at this KFC a couple of times. I’ve normally dined in. They keep it pretty clean. It’s well cooked and well prepped . I like to keep it under $10

Place is ratchet go to the other one nearby. Employees talk inappropriately and employees won't help "cause they are on their break" not sure why you are by the front register hanging out with no one around if you are on your break.

8/9/24 joe at the drive thru needs to be taught a lesson. Gave me my card and said here! My receipt went flying in the air and said oh well. Gave me my bag with his back turned against me. Told the jerk he's rude and showed me his name tag. He's not worth my time !!

They didn’t have change, the card reader was down, the chicken was burnt and dry on top of that the way they handled the food was ridiculous. One young lady was nice and didn’t have the stupid face like her coworkers. Shout out to her Saweetie looking self. You all need to take some tips from her.

I NEVER get KFC, but I was very pleased with my experience! I ordered the 3 Piece Combo Meal, and it came with two sides so I got Mashed Potatoes along with Coleslaw. Let's not forget about that Honey Butter Biscuit ?. The chicken was tender and juicy, but also crispy. Service was good, can't complain. I will definitely be returning.

Waited 37 minutes for a 12 piece extra crispy family meal. Cashier girl said it would be 20 minutes. Followed up 25 minutes later male with stripe shirt said let me see your receipt said they only got breast and wings said it's going to be 17 minutes if I want my order so I said I'll wait. Watched people come in and order small meals and wait and wait. Decided to wait in front of them to make myself visible. Gut with striped shirt asked for my receipt again and gave it to him. Finally got my order but he didn't give my receipt back because it had my order/store number to prevent me putting in a complaint. Definitely not going back to this location .

I mobile ordered and was told they were waiting on chicken and to pull around front. Meanwhile , they waited on every car ? n drive through. It’s half an hour later and I’m still waiting!! Ridiculous service! Shouldn’t you have chicken if it’s in your name!
