Worst service ever in this place. Drive thru line took over 25 mins for 3 cars.
The manager got mad at me when I told him that he got my soda wrong
And they only serve me 1 dunk bucket when I order 2.
I'm never coming to this location ever again.

Visited east hammer lane KFC, 2-8-25 ordered Togo waiting 20 minutes. I thought ordering hamburgers Everything was going to be fresh and hot. Wrong. Our meat was overcooked burnt and dry. When we got home we opened it took one bite, I said it looks like we spent $20 for nothing. I could not eat the hamburger nor could my grandson he gagged. My gallon of A&W root beer $8.50 was 3/4 filled. I I felt ripped off. Very upset. I haven't eaten at other KFC/A&W with much better success. Would not recommend the one on East Hammer Lane in Stockton California .đ€Źđ€ź

I ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, along with 2 famous bowls, and fries. all three of the sandwiches were cold and not spicy. the famous bowls were soggy and the chicken wasnt chicken nuggets, except they were ripped up tenders. i ordered at 8pm and was forced to wait 10-20 minutes. the whole order was messed up. i called and the customer service was outright rude, and did not direct me to the manager. i do not recommend. This is disgusting! and made my family feel very badly, sick even.

I ordered a 3 piece tender combo in the drive thru and was told to wait in a stall. I didnât even get my drink in the drive thru. I waited in a stall for 25 minutes before going inside only to find out they didnât even START my order yet. The worker asked for my receipt because she didnât even see my order. I eventually asked for a refund and the manager didnât even say ONE WORD to me. No im sorry for the wait or anything. TERRRRRRIBLE customer service TERRRIBLE night crew.

What I ordered and what I got was not what I ordered. I got a spicy chicken sandwich. It was okay, but I didn't want a spicy chicken sandwich, and I don't feel like driving all the way back to get them to correct it. Bad enough that the person at the front counter would not speak up even after I told him that I'm hearing impaired and couldn't really hear what he said. I don't like having to lean over the counter to try and hear what they are saying, when I'm trying to hear what they are saying or have to ask them so many times to speak up because I can't hear what they are asking me about. It's like I'm in the drive-through, and that's why I don't do the drive-through.

Probably the worst KFC meal Iâve had in years.
The coleslaw was soggyâŠdefinitely not anywhere near fresh. It had to be from yesterday and shouldâve been thrown out yesterday!
The chicken was nowhere near cooked fresh.
Several pieces were hard and overcooked and a very dark brown color.
The breast was so hard and dry I couldnât eat it.
I called and complained and told them that I would be in for a refund.
We normally go to the KFC on West Hammer Ln. by I-5. We have a lot better luck there but we made a mistake this time and ordered from the KFC on East Hammer Ln.
They need a district manager to check on this location.

Idk if it's new management but the staff is polite and respectful and they haven't ran out of chicken on awhile which is a major plus seeing that it's in the name

I went through the drive thru for my food. The man at the window was very rude to me when I asked for sauces. (He looks like he was the manager bc he was wearing a grey button up shirt) I asked politely saying âcould I get some sauces?â His response was âWhatâ so I repeated myself âsaucesâ his response again was âWhatâ but louder and more rude. So I said âsaucesâ the same tone and pitch I used the first two times. He said âWhich onesâ I replied âone of eachâ. He then came back and handed me sauces and said âSpeak upâ while the window was closing. Then come to find out half of the sauces were ruptured. Maybe the reason he couldnât hear me was bc of his old age or wtv and even so he shouldnât have spoke to a customer like that if he was the manager. The cashierâs name on my receipt was Antoinec, so I can only assume it was him. Anyways donât come here if you want to be spoken to in a disrespectful way. The customer service here is always bad. Never coming back after this. Their yelp ratings are terrible as well.
