The older guy taking orders is rude, acts like he couldn't care less about being there, and didn't even ask me what drink I wanted. He just gave me whatever he wanted. The burgers are weird and taste weird. Why does the Cosmo burger have ham? I wasn't aware of the ham until I got the burger, and it doesn't make the burger better. The meal was way too expensive $17 for a burger that doesn't taste good.

I ordered the fish and chips and fish portions were small and had a rubbery feeling when I bit into it. Totally gross. Paid $15 bucks wish I could get my money back, but not going back!

The guy was nice and let me use the restroom, but the burger to bun ratio was awful. The burger was so small, for a second I thought they forgot the meat.

Not only did I wait 15 minutes for them to cook my son's " $7 DOLLAR " corn dog bit into and it was still cold. SOMETHINGS JUST AINT THE SAME.

Been going there since i was a child now 34 years old everytime i go the okd man I call Mr Krabs is always giving me a hard time with prices making up his own prices when clearly they are on the menu. This last time i went 8/22/24 a lady took my order and the steak sandwich was really messy like they threw my bad on the ground u would think 20 dollars for a steak sandwich and fries u would get some type of excitement which I didnt get I no longer want to support Kosmos as it been a Stockton legeng in foods the hospitality is not there and the customer service please do better also I message them on IG and no response
