Customer service is terrible she took my order over the phone. Then asked me if I wanted everything on it. Just for me to get there and say they don’t take orders over the phone and I had to wait 25 minutes for the order if I still wanted it after I waited to go pick it up

The food here is so nasty, and disgusting. I order some tacos from them and I found a hair in my food. When I went to talk to the worker, she completely ignored me and refused to get me her manager. I don’t recommend eat at this place at all.

First and last time I visited that place, the woman who works at the window has nothing to do with serving customers. With her attitude, she ran us off from the counter because we couldn't be there looking. I soon realized that this is how she collects the money without washing her hands. I prepare my tacos, terrible service with someone serving in that way, it doesn't make me want to come back, it's a shame about such a beautiful place, that really gets spoiled by those employees who seem to be working hard 👎

Afterwards I asked for a drink and they couldn't sell me the drinks because I couldn't make change. I asked them to refund me the 70 and they would charge me the 100 and they just wanted to.
