Horrible service... None of the flavors matched the labels, nobody could communicate with the customers effectively. Our order was wrong twice. None of the lids fit any of the cups and there was no attempt to remedy the situation. I was given an overflowing milkshake and a wad of napkins before the employees moved on. The workers actually gave me a Styrofoam food container for my milkshake.... The environment was dirty, no gloves or hand washing by staff. The ice cream doors were often left open. Poor customer service and a dirty facility. I will never trust this place again.

Went in for some icecream first time going to this place also and the icecream was so very melted and soggy. Also ordered some nachos and the nachos chips were not crunchy as you would take a typical crunch bite. I was expecting more from this place and it really disappointed I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Workers here are in a bad mood and don’t give good service. On top of bad service they don’t have anything ! There’s another Michoacána on miracle mile in Stockton and they’re much better ! They’ve got an everything and they’re very nice ! 10/10 recommend ! Don’t go to the one in
