This is how they service their customers, this is the third time. I look as he boxing other orders they are all burnt. Also I asked him if he would eat it he said no. I then asked why would you service it to your customers, he just said oh i can remake it. Refund no thank you because he said thats their oven.
This is horrible, I gave the the benefit of the doubt 2x but no this is unacceptable.

Stood around for ten minutes waiting to order. Two people ahead of me. Took nine minutes for the two people while I'm watching a girl empty the cash register and I'm next and a lady walks in and the guy helps the lady like I haven't been standing there. I said this is the worst service and will not go to this Little Ceasars again

I went in for a Hot & Ready pepperoni & Hot & ready Cheese pizza, no cars outside, not busy. There were only 2 pepperoni pizzas in the Hot Box's & zero cheese pizzas... they didn't even offer to put a cheese pizza thru the oven for me, they just said they didn't have any cheese pizzas... so I got the only 2 Hot & ready pepperonis they had, & an order of bread sticks... 2 garlic butter sauces & a marinara sauce & it cost me $32.00 out the door!! UNREAL!! I worked at a lil carsars in Eagle Mountain, Utah as store manager... this type of service here is worth corporates attention! Because not only will I never go back to this location, I will make sure everyone I know don't go to this location either. Sorry guys!! Sorry to my Sizzling Platter family!! You may need a better GM ... ?? Give Me call if you need a new manager. 🤗

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered for a pickup at 9pm, this location is open until 11pm. They were already out of ranch so I had to choose other dips when I came in to grab my online order. I would have overlooked this but the thin crust pepperoni pizza I got was so undercooked it was NOT edible at all. Also, it had looked like someone flipped the box on its side or dropped it because it was all folded over itself and looked horrendous, stuck to the box and falling apart because the basically raw dough. Literally just a waste of time and money. Also looking into the kitchen in the BOH it looked like a mess with crusty cheese and meat all over the prep area.

This isn’t the first time I come to this location and they have “given my order away” if I order in store it takes hours and if I order “hot and ready” they give it away. If I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed.
