This isn’t the first time I come to this location and they have “given my order away” if I order in store it takes hours and if I order “hot and ready” they give it away. If I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed.

This location NEVER has hot n readys! If you are looking for something fast DO NOT COME HERE! I ordered just 1 hot n ready at 7:30pm and just barely received it at 8:03pm! And this is not the first time I have to wait this long at this location that’s why I had to come on here and write this review. It should not take this long to make pizza and even if it did what happened to hot n ready? Idk what those workers do all day but they ain’t making no pizza’s. Please get it together because I will take it higher up with district manager if this happens again!! I am sick and have been waiting more than 30 minutes for a so called “ hot & ready “ !

The customer service here is terrible. It's obvious these people weren't hired for their knowledge of the industry or the skills they possess but rather the color of their skin. Little Caesars might want to ditch the DEI ideology and get some people in here who actually know what they're doing.

Kid-friendliness: Most of them don't know what they are doing. Most of them have bad attitude They are on their phones instead of helping costumers. The young kids don't take the orders right. The young managers don't tell the employees anything about being on their phones.
