My family loves to come here for a nice treat! Their favorite is the Taro snow. I personally like the brown sugar milk tea with coffee jelly. I like that I can call ahead the order sometimes. We live across town for this location so I usually will call my order in & everything will be ready by the time I get there in 10-15 minutes. The popcorn chicken is always good here! We love it so much that we order per person. My 2 boys like theirs non-spicy, my husband likes his medium, & I like mines mild. Inside has always been clean. There's not too many seating. There's about 2 high tables and 2 small tables. We only sit while waiting for our order, whenever we do walk in to order. Staff are always nice.

Lollicup was one of the first places we learned about when we moved to Stockton. We definitely enjoy our Boba drinks and Lollicup makes great Boba drinks! There are a variety of choices as to flavors as well as what type of drink you want to order--my favorite flavor is the cantaloupe snow bubble...and if you wish, you may order EXTRA boba! The flavors have always been delicious (never seeming to be watered down, too potent, or anything else). On top of ordering Boba drinks, we almost ALWAYS order their fried chicken bites...these are always fresh and scrumptious! I highly encourage giving this place a chance!

Lollicup on Grand Canal Blvd is our go-to spot. It's a family vibe - kids love the boba, especially my daughter & son who's all about the popcorn chicken like their pops. The atmosphere is chill, quiet every time we swing by. Customer service is spot on. Our usuals? Honeydew Milk Tea for my daughter and me, Taro Milk Tea or a chocolate slush for my son. The popcorn chicken? Always made fresh, always hot. No complaints here - it's a nostalgia trip for me, reminding me of hitting up the same spot with the homies back in the day. Good times and good eats with the fam.

So, this is my first time coming to a Lollicup and there was this lovely & polite man who worked there & gave me the best experience ever! The man who worked there was asian & had curly hair. He gave me great suggestions on what food or drinks I should get, & I LOVED what I got, I believe what I got was snow chocolate or something like that!! I also got the popcorn chicken, so I highly recommend that. The vibe of the ambiance at the time was definitely great!

Long wait lines. Very messy and disorganized workers. One worker, I think her name is Tina, was very rude. Please teach your employees to have manners and respect.The drinks are okay. There are better boba places in Stockton, and this one is out of the way. Drinks tastes very watered down.There was a chubby Asian worker too, I think she's the daughter of the owner. She has her good and bad days. But overall she's okay.Do I recommend this place? Nah. Maybe to try out for the first time, but otherwise, no.
I was excited to give this place a try, but as my fiancé and I were about to order, they mentioned they were already out of boba pearls. He still got his green apple slush drink, whereas for me, I didn't get anything. Not sure how they ran out of boba pearls so quickly. It was literally only a few hours after opening.. I wouldn't have mind waiting if that was an option. Hopefully they don't run out so quickly next time.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I've worked in the customer service for over a decade, when a customer comes back with a drink that tastes bad, you REMAKE the drink. My boba milk tea tasted like rotten milk. I kindly approached the staff and told them, their reply was "did you tell her that one was tart?" To where the cashier replied "no" - they offered me to PAY for another drink if I would like one. Definitely not standard practice for a beverage that tasted like absolute garbage. After I had them complained, I was countered with "we can offer you 50% off a new drink" What the f**?! Here's your nasty yelp review I promised, I'll be letting the whole town know your staff and product is trash. Thanks for ruining my day, enjoy the $5 you made off me.

Lollicup Boba & Tea is one of the OG boba spots in the area. It is located in a small, but busy plaza. It has that Quickly/Tapioca Express vibe inside. The service is horrible - they do not really go in order and the drinks take forever to come out (even for 1 simple milk tea that I believe was already pre-made in their fridge drawer?). I ordered the jasmine milk tea with boba. I noticed that they already had my cup with boba and half a cup of ice inside in the line of cups they were getting ready for the drinks - by the time they poured my milk tea, my cup was already partially water from all that ice they had in my cup, since it was hot and it melted. I ended up receiving a small cup of watered down milk tea for a little over $5.

I LOVE this location of lollicup. The employees are always kind and hard working. The avocado smoothie is my go to and the extra spicy calamari is so yummy! Shout out to the great employees for keeping this place live and making the experience astonishing every time!
