I'm on a diet, so I asked them to leave out the rice and cheese sauce and focus on meat and veggies instead. They instantly put together a surprisingly delicious plate that matched well with the available sauces — all for just $10. It’s a food truck, so there’s no seating, but they were happy to accommodate my request, and the food was flavorful. Very satisfied.
Just wished the steak was grilled and lil longer. I like my steak to have a little gristle. On the up side of that the steak wasn't greedy. Solid 3 stars for my first time eating there.
This taco truck offers the BEST VALUED food from any taco truck in Stockton. Other taco trucks skim the meat from you food. BUT Here You will get the meat worth for your buck! Their service is FAST! I recommend calling in advance to avoid the long wait! If they make a mistake let them know what was wrong with your order politely and then will remake your order! ? ? I recommend the Pastor Burrito ?! ?
