First time eating breakfast here, and it has been about two years since eating here. I ordered the huevos rancheros, after seeing someone else’s order, get delivered to their table. They will put fries in the mix of the rancheros. When I order next time, I will ask if they can do the fries crispy or crunchy just because underneath all of the other stuff they began to get soft. Food was amazing. Literally was scraping my plate with my fork to get the last remnants. I came here...

Would give Taqueria Carolina all the stars! I've been DoorDashing their asada fries and burritos for years, and they never disappoint. Always generous portions, great salsa, and chips. There's nothing I don't like about this place, and the prices have stayed consistent.
