By far thee best pho and spring rolls I’ve ever had. Also the leeches and honeydew boba are yummy! I recommend this place to everyone all the time.

I ordered 5 items Two grilled pork over rices plates One small lucky bowl and two Honeydew drinks When charge for 3 of the items they said the total was $44 And claimed that I had ordered zero drinks and proceeded to charge me $14 for 2 drinks On doordash those drinks are $5 dollars. They overcharged and gave bad service. I used to go to them all the time. And this is what I get now. They have no loyalty to their customers and food was not the same flavor. Food prices shouldnt be based on what you look like you have I won't be ever coming back. In the middle of me ordering they hung. I had to call back and they refused to give me the total of my order. They can't even handle answering the phone to take a order . How are you expected to get good service and good food?

When we came in the waiter was rude and was too busy on his phone to take our orders when we were ready. Now all the condiments on the table are dirty and sticky. When we got our water the cups were also covers in mold of black stuff that could be scratched with your finger. Waiter was then upset when I didn’t leave a tip. Also the pho was greasy and not much flavor except for the excessive use of cinnamon.

Had the Bún chà giò and Taro boba freeze, very tasty and filling proportions! My older sis and dad both had small phos, and the broth was amazing, they said the tendon basically melted in their mouths!

The food is delicious but the owner with the glasses is hella rude he's always rushing u to order and when u order for extra things he starts yelling talking in his language and the workers just stay quite other then that food is always good

An old Pho restaurant. We came in for a lunch around 1pm. The food is just ok but not excited at all. The price is relatively high for the amount of food served. One thing I don't like is the amount charged higher than the manual. For the near by city of Sacramento, I think I could easily find many better Vietnamese restaurants than this one. I don't recommend it indeed.

Today, we ordered #1 Pho Rare Steak, Well Done Flank, Brisket, Tendon, And Tripe. #45 Grilled Shrimp, And Beef Vermicelli Onion Rolling. #178 Large Egg Rolls 4 Pieces. Pho Lucky never disappoints! I am hoping they remain true to their hot and delicious dish!
