I ordered combination chicken and pork with rice and veggies. Pork was overcooked,dry and hard. Went to cashier told her pork was overcooked she asked if i wanted more I said no exchange it for chicken. She then told the cook change it for chicken he doesnt want it, when she returned I told her it was over cooked and hard she laughed and said i dunno pork has to be cooked. Cook said we have to cook so it isnt raw. Long story short obviously pork is not made fresh. And dont order pork as it is not good. Stick to simple chicken and steamed rice you cant mess that up. $12.83 later i shoveled it down as i dont believe in wasting food. Not as good as it seems when hungry. If you wanna go to a "ghetto" spot this is your place comes with full attitude karen!

I absolutely love this restaurant. You get a nice portion of food for your money and the menu is very large. The prime dish is their teriyaki and rice bowl but I know a lot of people love their egg rolls. I highly recommend this place and only wish they were a national chain.
Tried this place for the reviews. Either I caught them on a bad day or they are living. Sweeat and sour chicken had barely any sauce and it was not even tossed with the chicken, seems like they pour a tiny bit of the sauce and dumped the chicken on top. Not to.mention chicken was obviously in the freezer for a month or two. Literally hard to bite through. Yakitori skewers were dry and bland and somehow the teriyaki sauce they provide was almost watered down didn't even taste like teriyaki to be honest. Not sure how this place if well reviews but please be wary of coming here. Worse $20 I've spent in awhile.

Excellent Teriyaki Bowls, and Dine in option is available. Clean and comfortable environment the whole family can enjoy. And, they don't limit my adding gobbs more Teriyaki sauce.

The lady working the window did not seem very happy about where she's at in life. I ordered normally and it was going well. I ordered two teriyaki bowls with extra chicken and 2 small drinks. When I got to the window she handed me the drinks but I asked if I can please upgrade to 2 mediums since I did not know they were going to be that small. She closed the window and rolled here eyes and was visibly annoyed that I had asked for such a small request. She came back and handed me both drinks and one of the lids fell off and spilled on me. At that point I was annoyed and just wanted to leave. I get that working fast food can be annoying and stressful but I feel like that lady must be allergic to smiling or something. On top of that this is about the 3rd this has happened. She seemed very depressed or angry and I hope that everything is alright in her life. Something must be upsetting her very much. I hope that lady gets the help she needs. The food tasted fine but was very cold.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Luu's, but they are pricing themselves out of business. Since 2020, prices have gone up at least 50 cents every 6 months. A #1 was $5 for YEARS and now it's over $9. This place used to be busy around lunch time but the dining room is a ghost town anymore. Please stop the gouging before it's too late to get your customers back. I've been priced out at this point.
