I spent a lot of money on a cake that nothing was done right, the design was done wrong it was a gender cake with wrong frosting the top of cake to the inside color of filling. Pink and blue filling how easy is that , they put one color. When I picked up my cake it was frozen. Called and complained and they offered no discount of any kind for their mistakes never again.

The only thing "Dutch" about this place is the name. Kind of a sad place, with lots of empty shelves, and unmarked products. The pastries and cookies are sad and marginally ordinary. The bear claw was a clumpy mess. The hot cross bun was some bizarre, tough hybrid. The chocolate chip cookie was cafeteria quality at best. When you can make a chocolate chip cookie from a Betty Crocker cookie mix that is 10 times better than a "bakery" version, then that bakery is pretty sad. I hear they make decent custom cakes, so that would be the ONLY reason for a visit.

Great cakes as always! I have gotten the chocolate cakes here and the strawberry cakes as well. They have been soft and delicious, and the cake with the kiwis, strawberries, and mandarin oranges was amazing! The customer service was attentive and the store seems small, but has a fantastic atmosphere to it. My family and friends love the cakes from here and I know I shall be back for more in the future.

Went to this place after a recommendation from a coworker and it did not disappoint. I enjoyed both cakes immensely and would rate them a solid 8.5/10. The cakes and frosting were light and fluffy while also not being overly sweet. Not pictured is their oreo, chocolate cake and a white cake with strawberries that most of my family members enjoyed.
Tried the tiramisu cake! Excellent! Everything looks so good in the glass case. I'll be back soon to try other items!

I ordered my husband’s birthday cake here, a plain cheesecake. He said it was definitely in his top three best he’s ever had! It was soooo good! Great quality and the price was extremely reasonable. Our entire family LOVED the cheesecake. The girl who helped me at the register was very nice as well.

I moved to Stockton about five years ago and since coming here my husbands family has gotten me a cake from this bakery every single year. They started ordering from this place because I missed the fruit tarts my family used to get me for my birthday and this place was the only place that makes one that tastes like home. They've always put extra effort into making my birthday desserts special and are always punctual and friendly. The cakes themselves are always moist and fresh and the fruit tarts are to die for. They make a custard that isn't overly sweet, a tart casing that's never a soggy, and glazed fruit that always has just the right texture. This place holds a special place in my heart and I can't wait to order another birthday cake from them in just a few weeks.
