The staff is neutral, not friendly not rude . They make a mistake on my order but I just don’t take it personal We all make mistakes. But I found hair in my food & drink . Both of them don’t use anything to cover their hair plus long nails . Is very disgusting

Jenny was very nice it was super slow my first time visiting so I was able to really take in the menu. This is a must try place. I want to try everything. I got the Miami smoothie & Ceviche bowl in a pineapple very different loved it. They have icecream and it looks like you can chose toppings. Sweet & spicy options with the Mexican ice cream. They have nachos, tamales, Ceviche bowls, smoothies, ice cream bars & cones & build your owns. Its a very vibrant place right next to the Regal downtown movie theater. Cheaper than movie theater food. I would highly recommend going here and they cater for your personal parties as well. Fix everything then drop off to you.

The lady that took our order was really rude!! They gave me this (with maybe 5 more pieces of bananas) for $10!!!!!!! I also ordered mango ice cream and gave me vanilla and only gave me 1 scoop instead of 2! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!

They sold me old popsicles (ice popsicles) tamales don't taste good n elote had no flavor.
My coworker went to get me some bananas with crema (which I had ordered before) the lady who was helping her was super rude and she made a mistake in the order because she added strawberries. I am allergic to them so my coworker asked to make another one because she knew I couldn't eat it. She remakes but it has no bananas at all or not even whipped cream. When you make a mistake you need to own it.

Located in Janet Leigh Plaza, next to Regal Stockton City Center & IMAX, they recently opened. The store front is super welcoming with outdoor & indoor seating. They offer a large selection of fresh delights. We tried the Very Berry Smoothie, Pina Del Mar & Lime Sorbet. All were so delicious, we went back same day. Ice cream & Catered trays available. Very nice, friendly service. My new go to spot for a healthier, fresh option. Mangonada was delicious!

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time to try it out. We waited an hour and got nothing. When we went to ask for a refund for the long wait and no food yet, we were told that they weren’t aware that we had an order and didn’t have anything for us. During our time there, the person who took our order just stood there most of the time doing nothing and did not acknowledge us waiting. The manager and the other employee kindly gave us our refund, but unfortunately, this was just poor service and we will not be returning again.
