This is hands down my favorite McDonald’s. The food is consistently fresh and comes out quickly every time. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they even play great music while you wait. I love coming here.

I came here at 5:06 they are supposed to be open up like the rest of the McDonald's at 5:00 but this location is not properly ran, I was told they won't be serving until 5:15.... does the McDonald's corporation know you guys aren't following the rules here! giving out bad customer service not opening up on time like you're supposed to

We pay for ad -ons that we never seem to get. My husband's allergic to onions yet even after explaining and asking them not to put onions they still put onions. And to top it off, burger is raw! Are they seriously trying to kill someone!!??

CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Got a few boxes of chicken nuggets and 2 large fries and went home as a treat for my family and they forgot an entire large fry. It's too far away for me to go back and get the other fries so its just not worth the effort. Not cool man.

Worst McDonald’s in Stockton, workers act like they don’t wanna be at work constantly screwing up on orders I had to go back and then when I went back, I got home and no egg on my sausage egg McMuffin so I would’ve had to go back a second time… Ridiculous 😡😡😡

This review is late, but had to be done. Went to a McDonald's recently that was really stingy. (Not sure if its just cause I went through drive-thru) This one gave me 2 sauces with my order, as well as ketchup. The one I went to near Berkeley would've charged for those packets 💀 Wild that this one in/by Stockton was more generous. Anyway, great experience and I had food for the drive to and from work.
We paid with mobile app for breakfast and we waited at talk box for the server to take out code and the got there before 1030 but the server didn't say anything till after 1030am

If I could do less stars I would. There's a bunch of kids working here with no sence or urgency, common courtesy and no sense of what customer service is. They CANNOT every get a simple order correct. It's beyond annoying and inconvenient to have to go back to get missing items or an order fixed. Get it together Mcds in Weston Ranch, get it together!

They don't attend to you, you have to be calling them to tell you to order on the screens and they are not good at smoothing anything and slow in doing things.

Edit 3 weeks later. Don't waste your time going to the counter, Waited there for 6 minutes trying to wave down staff. Even the manager won't serve you there because of "policy". She said she'd walk a blind person over to the self order kiosk to help them order. What a waste of human life! If you want shit food with shit service you have to go through the drive through for any help.
Geez, you're getting paid $20/hour, the least you could do is serve warm food and TRY to be pleasant. Waited for 30 minutes in the drive through line for a dry and cold "Mc Crispy Deluxe"... no way in heck was there anything 'deluxe' about this or the service. 100% will never be back at this location, even though I live minutes away. This was my last hope for my childhood favorite of Mc Donald's. Management, get more pleasant and attentive staff since you have to pay them so much!
