Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I was a paying customer and the restaurant was open. The sign said restrooms for paying customers only. Asked to use the restrooms and she told me that they are closed until 10:30 AM even though the restaurant is open. Horrible service! Get your act together at McDonald’s

I would rate no stars, however, sadly that's not an option. They NEVER answer their phone. I called over two dozen times in a 15 minute time frame. They shouldn't even have a phone since they never answer. And as a potential customer, why would I leave a message for a call back. I simply wanted to know if they were open today on Thanksgiving Day and if so, what time do they close as I don't trust what online information says; so I call the place of business to verify. I was a potential customer, now they lost that chance, I moved on to another McDonald's.

My 21 year old son works very hard. Sometimes he works 24 hours without pause. Hewent to work 30 minutes early to get some food before he has to clock in. He decided to get McDonald's because it's faster and the only place open. We sat there and waited 25 minutes and we drove around 3 times and knocked on the door for someone to help us. Last time we went to the drive thru someone finally answered and said they are not open because they open at 5...It was 5:25am. Now he will go without food for almost 24 hours. The icon is gone!

Stopped on way to Sacto AP at 7:30am. It looked like a war zone. Tables bolted to floor. No chairs. Bathrooms locked up behind steel rollup doors. All employees wearing masks. Not a comfortable feeling. The food WAS good. Will avoid in the future.

Every time I visit this McDonald’s, the experience is brought down by one person the manager, I believe named Stephanie? And wears glasses. She consistently has a rude, unwelcoming attitude toward customers and acts like she’s being bothered just by doing her job. I’ve seen her roll her eyes at people, speak with a sharp tone, and show zero interest in helping anyone. It’s honestly uncomfortable walking in because you never know what kind of mood she’ll be in.
A manager is supposed to set the example for the rest of the team, but instead, she makes the whole place feel negative. If she’s unhappy with her job, that’s not the customers’ fault we’re just here to eat and have a decent experience. I hope upper management pays attention and addresses her behavior, because it reflects badly on the entire store.
