I’ve been seeing some of these reviews and honestly yall suck this location has never given me any problems I drive all the way from Tracy just to get food from this location the manager Justin is so sweet I have autism and a mildly bad stutter so when Justin let me take my time to order And not rush me it felt so good to be seen

This McDonald’s on Ben Hold is very nice but they make you wait in line to order your food or ask you to use the order your self kiosk. It’s better to talk to a human being
LoL. They tend to ignore that you’re standing at the counter. I don’t go there very often but every time I do, it happens every time. But other than that, the food is not too bad and it’s better to use your coupons on the McDonald’s app to earn points and get free food.

This McDonald's was impressively fast and efficient, with associates who were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and quick. I enjoyed interacting with them. The food was decent, and both the restaurant and bathrooms were quite clean.
